Hey Chef Episode 2!
This week, we will drop a surprise visit on Chef Ho Tian Cai who seldom
cook at home. He will be cooking green chilli with century egg and tofu,
braised fish with chinese fermented black soybeans, stir fried prawns
with tomato and re-creation of leftover roasted duck and pork. His wife
will cook a special laksa too!
